ever since i started working in this company, i have seen people leaving and coming at the same time.. to me, i considered my batch the first.. followed by the 2nd batch of newcomers to come and do stock-take at the end of the yr.. these are people who having finish their studies and waiting for their results..
then the 3rd batch.. i considered them the worst of all.. never do OT, pick wrong books.. by the end of one week, they quit themselves.. they are students who just finish their studies in ITE..
currently the 4th batch and also the last before i leave, i find them to be pro-active.. once they know what are their responsibilites, they will know how to do.. this batch is also the one that brighten up my day with a joker in it.. willing to experiment how is it like to be raincoated with plastic wrapped around him.. no struggle and raincoat him the tighest.. imagine a person trying to lose weight with plastic wrapped around him.. this batch are students who graduated from poly and are waiting for national service..
look, i already give the assurance to my supervisor that there will be someone better than me..
